How long will it take to complete the repairs?

We try to complete most repairs the same day. If your repair takes a little more time, then we have great relationships to help you look into alternate transportation.

We want to provide high quality service without breaking the bank. Your best option is to get a quick appointment set so we can offer an accurate quote!

My car is running rough. Do I need a tune-up?

That's a strong... MAYBE. We always recommend setting an appointment sooner rather than waiting, because you don't want your car to go from 'running rough' to not running at all.

Is there a charge to check out my car?

We offer a no-charge basic inspection to give you clarity and peace of mind in planning for your repair.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

Yes. We always recommend making an appointment. This helps us to minimize your wait and maximize the opportunity to provide same day repairs.

What credit cards do you take?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. VISA, Mastercard, American Express,  and Discover. WE also have several opportunities available if you may need to finance your repair.

Why does my car need maintenance if it's running fine?
Regular maintenance of your vehicle protects your investment, helps to prevent breakdowns, and will save you on the cost of repairs in the future.
What will happen if I don't have the repairs done right now?

It may depend on the maintenance or repair that is required right now. Some repairs require more immediacy than others. We'll help you to set up a repair schedule that will work for you.

What Should I Do When My Check Engine Lights Come On?

Give us a call! There are over 15,000 unique parts operating your vehicle; mechanical and electrical pieces that all need to work together. Sometimes a check engine light can be a simple solution, and sometimes it's much more. 

How Often Should I Have My Brakes Checked?

We suggest to have your brakes inspected once every six months. Most people have this done at the same time as they have their tires rotated. If you don't know the last time a professional examined your braking system, you should arrange an appointment as soon as possible.

What Type of Oil and Filter Do I Need?

Figuring out what type of oil filter you need isn't nearly as complicated as figuring out what type of oil you need. There are hundreds of different filters, but only one type your car will need. Your owner's manual what type of oil is needed in your vehicle. And certainly if you are coming to us for your maintenance, we'll help you with that!

How Often Should I have My Tires Rotated?

Most vehicle manufacturers recommend that you get your tires rotated approximately every 7,500 miles or six months.
